Hello, it is me again. I have another post for you. The place has a hole new vib, now this is how a professional business that deals with people should be like. The prior receptionist Yanda was great but no longer there. The new lady is Holly she is just as good. After wearing my Aids for a while it just was not right. My appointment was today I was seen first by Annmarie, she was so apologetic for my prior experience and said we are going forward on a clean slate, that she and everyone in the office are there to make that happen. And boy was she right. She put me with the hearing specialist Steven Thomas, who heard me out answered ALL my questions and adjusted my Aides to fit me correctly. Thank you so much to all 3 of you. P.S. To Amy you staffed a great crew!!!

I was very pleased with the care I received, both the assistant and the audiologist was friendly and caring. I got a thorough hearing test and evaluation and was also explained the process and the difference between styles of hearing aid that would be suitable for my hearing loss. Thanks!
